WHO WE ARE:
torq.partners is a Finance-as-a-Service consulting firm for startups and SMEs. Since our founding in 2020, we have grown to a team of over 80 employees and have advised more than 800 organizations. Working closely with our clients, our consultants create transparency through scalable financial processes, clean data, and intelligent tools. We provide our clients with teams ranging from junior accountants to CFOs, either on a project basis or through interim management.

As a marketing student intern, you’ll support our marketing team for 15–20 hours per week by creating content and managing our social media channels. You’ll bring fresh ideas, a keen sense of trends, and a passion for creative project work, and you’ll help make torq.partners visible and approachable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Social Media: Helpingto plan and organize our social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) 
  • Content Formats: Creationof editorial content for LinkedIn and Instagram, ranging from social media posts to short videos and Reels
  • Podcast: Supportwith the production of our torq.partners Finance Podcast, including the creation of show notes and distribution via social media
  • Content & Website: Contributing to blog posts and website content
  • Events: Support for events (planning, photos, social media coverage)
  • Projects: Participation in general marketing and content projects


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a creative field for at least another 12 months and, ideally, have some initial practical experience in social media or marketing, such as through an internship
  • You have some experience writing editorial content, such as social media posts, blog articles, or similar texts
  • You have a good feel for social media, whether through your own account or initial experience managing corporate channels
  • You bring creativity and a strong visual sense to the table, and ideally have some experience with tools such as Figma, Canva, or a CMS
  • You work independently and in an organized manner, and you contribute your own ideas
  • You're interested in learning about finance topics and presenting them in a way that appeals to founders, finance teams, and investors
  • You're open to learning new formats and tools (e.g., Webflow, Figma, Adobe Express)
  • You naturally use AI tools for research, structuring, and initial drafts
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2) and enjoy writing texts that will be seen by the public
